At Kaai Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the bag back in its original dust bag and protective packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
